01. Scope and contact
This notice describes the DUBHE website. For privacy questions contact Dubhe Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd. at mowen@dubhesystems.com. It does not describe third-party platforms.
02. Enquiries and downloads
When you submit an enquiry, the contact details and requirements you provide are sent to DUBHE for review and reply. Correspondence may be retained in our email systems as needed to handle your request. Hosting and email providers may process technical records for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Brochure downloads open in your browser.
03. Information you choose to send
Opening an email, WhatsApp or Messenger link does not itself confirm delivery. Information you decide to send through those services is handled by that provider and received by DUBHE when actually delivered. Send only what is necessary for your enquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential personal information.
04. Cookies and third-party media
Google Drive players, Google Maps and the Facebook timeline are not loaded on initial page load. Loading an embedded service connects to that provider, which may receive your IP address, device/browser information and interaction data and may use cookies or an existing signed-in session. Your permission to load an embed is not stored across pages.
05. Your choices
You can browse the text and local images without loading external media. Use External content settings in the footer to remove loaded players and embeds. This stops those frames but cannot undo data already sent to their providers. You can also choose to open a platform directly instead of loading an embed.
06. Service providers
Google operates Google Drive, YouTube and Maps; Meta operates Facebook, Messenger and Instagram; X and LinkedIn operate their own services. Their processing, retention and account controls are governed by their own privacy notices, not by this website. Direct platform links are identified by their service names.
07. Privacy requests
For information actually sent to DUBHE, contact mowen@dubhesystems.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights under applicable law. We may need enough information to identify the request and the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
