01. Use of this website
This website provides information for legitimate business enquiries. You may browse it and evaluate materials for that purpose. Do not interfere with its operation, misrepresent your identity, or upload or send material you do not have the right to share.
02. Enquiries are not orders
A website enquiry, brochure download or pre-filled message does not place an order or create a sales contract. Prices, lead times, payment, shipment, acceptance, warranty and other commercial conditions require separate written confirmation.
03. Configuration and suitability
Provide accurate material characteristics and working conditions when requesting equipment or film materials. Suitability is assessed against the actual load, geometry, processes and site. Catalogue illustrations and series limits do not replace a model-specific rating or an approved technical agreement.
04. Safe operation
Equipment information and video are not operator training or a complete safety procedure. Follow the delivered manual, rated limits, site rules and applicable safety requirements. Do not copy an observed action without confirming its suitability for your equipment and environment.
05. Brochures and language versions
Choose the appropriate language and version. Translations and historical brochures may describe options that are not offered as a current standard model. Clarify discrepancies with DUBHE before ordering. Written project documents agreed by both parties govern the supply.
06. Enquiry and download functions
Website enquiries, downloads and other communications are subject to the applicable privacy notice and contact process. A request does not place an order or create a sales contract. Send any enquiry through your chosen contact channel.
07. Third-party services and mandatory rights
