The clamping arm is stressed around the outer diameter of the coil, and cooperates with the electro-hydraulic system to complete clamping, lifting and rotation. For different coil hardness, diameter, weight, width and loading height, the clamping arm curvature, clamping pressure, mast and car body counterweight can be matched on a project basis.
The following prices have been converted to FOB USD reference prices. The equipment is a customized product, and the final price must be confirmed based on the coil sample, clamping direction, lifting height, battery and packaging plan.
Light electric clamping and rotating car
It is suitable for short-distance and low-frequency transfers, has a compact structure, and takes into account both cost and the ability to adjust the coil posture.
The standard solution uses electro-hydraulic clamping as the core, and the mast, cylinder, wheel set, brake and battery are combined according to the load and frequency of use.

Supports left and right rotation; 90°, 180° or non-rotation solutions can also be customized according to the process.
The splint is equipped with a wear-resistant rubber anti-slip pad, and the clamping pressure and clamp arm curvature must match the hardness of the coil.

The diameter, lifting, clamping arm, body length and battery of the same model can change according to the working conditions. The parameters in the table are used for the first round of selection and are not used as final production drawings.
