Product positioning

Designed for cylindrical coils, not a simple modification of ordinary pallet forklifts

The clamping arm is stressed around the outer diameter of the coil, and cooperates with the electro-hydraulic system to complete clamping, lifting and rotation. For different coil hardness, diameter, weight, width and loading height, the clamping arm curvature, clamping pressure, mast and car body counterweight can be matched on a project basis.

Engineering characteristics

Configure around stable clamping, controllable movement and equipment safety

The standard solution uses electro-hydraulic clamping as the core, and the mast, cylinder, wheel set, brake and battery are combined according to the load and frequency of use.

Reinforced mast

Section steel/H steel combination, plate chain and composite roller make the lifting and rotation process more stable.

360° hydraulic rotation

Supports left and right rotation; 90°, 180° or non-rotation solutions can also be customized according to the process.

Adjustable clamping solution

The splint is equipped with a wear-resistant rubber anti-slip pad, and the clamping pressure and clamp arm curvature must match the hardness of the coil.

Batteries and charging

12V/80Ah or 24V/220Ah reference configuration, battery life is usually about 4-6 hours, confirmed according to working conditions.

Fully electric walking optional

The stand-up model integrates forward, backward, steering, lifting and clamping controls to reduce the burden of long-distance travel.

Multiple safety design

Emergency stop, electromagnetic braking, hydraulic explosion-proof valve and dual hydraulic locks reduce the risk of accidental descent.

Application

Suitable for cylindrical coils with certain compressive strength

Before clamping, it is necessary to confirm the outer packaging of the coil, its hardness, the clamping force it can withstand, and whether the outer diameter is allowed to contact. Soft or easily deformable membranes require sample testing.

Safety instructions

Equipment selection must match the strength of the coil and the space on site.

It is usually necessary to reserve about 100–200 mm of space on the left and right sides of the roll clamp truck. The coiled material must be able to withstand the clamping pressure generated by its own weight; materials that are soft, hollow, easily deformable or have inaccessible surfaces should not be used directly according to the standard plywood solution.

Selection FAQ

Most problems need to be judged based on the coil material and on-site data. The following content is for the first round of communication.

Not necessarily. The roll needs to have sufficient compressive strength and the outer packaging allows for plywood contact. Soft rolls, loose rolls or easily crushed surfaces should be clamped and tested first. If necessary, the curvature of the splint should be changed, the contact area should be increased, or other methods of taking materials should be used.
The three reference configurations on this page are all introduced as rotatable solutions, but non-rotated, 90°, 180° and 360° can be selected according to the actual process. The direction of rotation, stop position and operating logic need to be determined during the technical confirmation phase.
The load, lifting height, center of gravity of the coil and clamping arm structure will directly affect the mast, counterweight, outriggers and vehicle body length, so the overall dimensions and total weight of the customized equipment must be confirmed after engineering calculations.
