Processing structures

Different processing structures can be used for different effects

The same visual effect can be made into base film, paper lamination, self-adhesive protective film or transfer material, and the structure needs to be determined according to the customer's equipment and substrate.

Ontology shading structure

The color is distributed inside the film material or in the co-extrusion layer, suitable for black, white and stable color base films.

Suitable for:Bag making, labels, packaging windows, printing and further coating processes.

Pre-coated membrane structure

The special effect layer is combined with the BOPP or BOPET base film, and the back is compounded with an EVA adhesive layer, which can be directly heat-coated on the paper.

Suitable for:Books, color boxes, gift boxes, menus, albums and digital printing.

Self-adhesive and cold-laminated structure

The back of the special effect film is coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive and equipped with release material, so it can be bonded without heating.

Suitable for:Advertising, labels, photos, display boards, short-form decoration and surface protection.

Embossing and Microstructure

Use rolling, molding or microstructure replication to form brushed, cloth texture, leather texture, laser and 3D effects.

Special effects are very sensitive to light source, background, viewing angle, printing color and laminating adhesive layer. Before formal mass production, it is recommended to use the customer's actual printed matter to complete the lamination or lamination test and confirm the limit sample.

Standard status verification date: 2026-07-12. Special effects such as laser, texture, soft touch, and rainbow usually require confirmation samples, corporate standards, and technical agreements as the basis for acceptance.

Acceptance and Compliance Instructions

The visual effects of special films are difficult to fully describe with a single numerical value. Color, feel, texture, and holographic patterns should be confirmed using both standard samples, limit samples, quantitative indicators, and customer process testing. When used in food contact, children's products, outdoor environments or electronic and electrical applications, corresponding compliance tests should also be added based on the complete structure and usage scenarios.
