Typical structures

representative functional structure

Functionality can be achieved through coextruded layers, surface coatings or vacuum metallization, and more than two properties can be combined in the same product.

Single-sided heat sealing structure

One side is used for printing, coating or lamination, and the other side provides heat sealing performance, suitable for bag making and automatic packaging with clear directions.

Key points to confirm:Seal onset temperature, heat seal strength, treated surface and internal and external friction coefficient.

Double-sided heat sealing structure

Both sides can be sealed, and it is suitable for pillow, vertical, horizontal and multi-side sealing packaging, reducing restrictions on sealing directions.

Anti-fog heat-sealed structure

The combination of surface anti-fog function and heat sealing layer is used for packaging of fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and where the hot and cold environment changes significantly.

Aluminized heat seal structure

The metallized layer provides light shielding and barrier, while the base film and heat sealing layer are responsible for processing strength and sealing performance.

Double-sided coating structure
