Transparent film product series

According to the requirements of transparency, gloss performance and subsequent processing, we provide light film, matte film, super-transparent film and transparent base film. Different materials and adhesive layer structures can meet the needs of printing, lamination, lamination, labeling and advertising protection.

core products Transparent light film, transparent matte film, super transparent film and transparent base film can be customized according to material, thickness and processing method.

Transparent light film

It has a smooth surface, high transparency and gloss, and is used to improve the saturation, brightness and surface protection of printed matter.

core productsBOPPBOPETCPP

Transparent matte film

The surface is diffusely reflective, low-gloss, and visually soft, reducing reflection and providing a delicate paper or silky appearance.

core productsBOPPBOPET

super permeable membrane

It enhances the "film-free feel" through low haze, high light transmittance and high flatness, making it suitable for high-end printing, display and transparent protection.

High optical gradelow hazeHigh light transmittance

Transparent base film

It is used for printing, coating, lamination, tape, label and pre-coating processing, and is the basis for subsequent functionalization and adhesive layer processing.

Product logic

Combine materials, structures and uses as needed

Confirming the product from four aspects: surface effect, material, processing structure and end use can match the appropriate specifications more quickly.

1

Body appearance

Light film, matte film, super transparent film or ordinary transparent base film.

2

material

BOPP, BOPET, CPP, PVC is optional for advertising cold mounting.

3

Processing structure

Base film, ready-to-coat, pre-coated, self-adhesive or primerless pre-coated base film.

4

Purpose and specifications

Paper, digital printing, flexible packaging, labels, tapes, advertising protection, etc.

Processing structure

The same light film or matte film can be used to form different processed products

Different applications have different requirements for surface treatment, adhesive layer type, compounding method and equipment used, which can be customized according to the actual process.

base film

Single-sided or double-sided corona can be directly printed, coated, laminated or used as a base material for tapes and labels.

Suitable for:Printing compound factory, coating factory, tape factory, label material factory.

Instant coating

The film itself does not have a permanent adhesive layer. When laminating, a water-based or solvent-based adhesive is applied online and then combined with the paper.

Suitable for:Traditional wet laminating line, paper, books, color boxes and gift packaging.

ԤͿĤ

Pre-compound EVA or low-temperature adhesive layer on the surface of BOPP or BOPET, and then bond it to the paper after heating and pressure.

Suitable for:Environmentally friendly dry thermal lamination, digital quick printing, books and color boxes.

Self-adhesive film/cold laminating film

The back of the film is coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive and equipped with release material, which can be used for surface polishing and protection without heating.

Suitable for:Advertising graphics, inkjet printing, photos, digital printing and short-run processing.

Primerless pre-coated base film

Through special surface design, EVA can be directly coated without traditional primer. It is mainly used by pre-coating film processing plants.

Suitable for:Pre-coating film manufacturing, reducing primer process and solvent usage.
Material matrix

Material determines mechanical properties, temperature resistance and final application

Final specifications need to be confirmed based on material, thickness, treatment surface, friction coefficient, thermal performance and composite process.

material Main features Common thickness reference Suitable for processing Main applications Selection reminder
BOPP
Biaxially oriented polypropylene
It is light, transparent, has good gloss, has high cost and area efficiency, and has wide adaptability to printing and coating. 10–75 μm Base film/ready-coated/pre-coated/self-adhesive Paper lamination, flexible packaging, labels, tapes, bag making and general surface protection. Temperature resistance and dimensional stability are lower than BOPET; corona retention and heat shrinkage need to be confirmed.
BOPET
biaxially stretched polyester
High rigidity, dimensional stability, better temperature resistance and mechanical strength, and stable transparency. 12–125 μm Base film/ready-coated/pre-coated/self-adhesive High-end print lamination, digital printing, labels, temperature-resistant coating and industrial lamination. The density is higher than BOPP, and the weight per unit area is higher for the same thickness.
CPP
Cast polypropylene
It is soft, has good heat-sealing properties and is puncture-resistant. It is suitable as the inner layer of flexible packaging or single-layer bag making film. 20–100 μm Base film / printing / lamination / heat sealing Food bags, inner layers of composite bags, clothing bags, flowers and daily necessities packaging. It is not the mainstream substrate for paper pre-coated films, and the focus is on heat sealing temperature and friction coefficient.
PVC
Soft polyvinyl chloride
It is soft and has good adhesion, suitable for pressure-sensitive adhesive cold lamination and advertising surface protection. 40–200 μm Self-adhesive/cold mounted/calendered Advertising inkjet printing, photos, display screens, short-term indoor and outdoor protection. Usually used as an advertising coating route alone and not mixed with food packaging base film.

Compliance instructions

Product standards, testing methods and end-use compliance are three levels. When used in food contact, pharmaceutical packaging, electronics, electrical, outdoor advertising or children's products, corresponding regulations, migration, hygiene, weather resistance, flame retardant or environmental testing must be added based on the final structure and usage scenarios. The listed standards do not constitute a uniform compliance commitment for all applications.
